In today’s marketplace it is imperative that employees are able to adjust their social style to create better working relationships with team members and customers. During this session, we will explore the traits of Assertiveness and Responsiveness to help determine each participant’s dominant social style. In addition, ways to identify other’s social styles will be explored. We will then discuss ways that we all can modify our behaviors to be more in harmony to those that have different styles than our own.
